According to the latest news AGEGA leader Mr. Rehman Ali Bajwa has approved the summary of the upgradation [time scale BPS-01 to BPS-16] of federal employees including clerical staff UDC/LDC by the Prime Minister. Earlier, the Finance Minister forwarded this summary to the Prime Minister for approval. Apart from this, various newspapers and news channels have shared this breaking news.

Upgradation of Clerical Staff (LDC, UDC)
The post of Lower Division Clerk LDC will be upgraded from BPS 9 to BPS 11 and the post of Upper Division Clerk UDC will be upgraded from BPS 11 to 13.
[BPS-01 to BPS-05] employees will get two scale upgrades.
- Employees in BPS-06 to BPS-15 (excluding LDC and UDC) will get a scale-up time scale. Superintendents of BPS-16 employees will get one-time upgradation to BPS-17.
- BPS-16 technical and non-technical employees will get an additional increment.
- Effective from January 1, 2023.
Daily wages and contract employees
On the demand of All Government Employees Grand Alliance, the Special Committee for Affected Employees headed by Abdul Qadir Mandukhel has issued instructions to make all daily wages contract employees permanent within fifteen days. Upgradation of federal employees on the pattern of provinces and elimination of salary discrimination, house rent, medical and canon allowance will also be approved very soon, God willing.
