How to Apply Online for PPSC Jobs

Starting an Online Application

• Visit PPSC's official website https://www.ppsc.gop.pk/ and click on the “Apply Online” button.
• Select the post you want to apply for and click on the "Proceed" button after checking all the post/eligibility information.
• Read the "Important Instructions" and the "EPay User Guide", check the Commitment box, and click on the "Apply Online" button.
• Enter the CNIC number and click on the "Proceed" button.

Personal profile

• Enter your email address, and mobile number, click on the "Proceed" button and confirm your email address and mobile number on the next page.
• Enter your details i.e. date of birth, gender, type of employment, disability status, armed person status, etc., and click on the “Continue” button.
• Enter all information in the Personal Information section and click the "Secure Information" button. Click the "Proceed" button to proceed with your application.

Payment of Fee for PPSC Application

• Your Payment System Identification Number (PSID) will be generated by the system. Pay the required post fees as per the instructions in the "EPay User Manual" (as mentioned in Step No. 3).

Uploading candidate's self-photograph and CNIC photograph

• Upload your latest photograph and CNIC (front) photograph. Please note that the maximum image size should be less than 25 KB.

Enclosing record of my educational qualification and service record

• Add your eligibility details and click on the "Save Information" button.
• Add your service record (if any) and click the "Save Info" button.

Final Submission of PPSC Online Application

• If you have entered all the required information, the "Send application" button will be activated. Click on the button to go to the application page.
• On the Submit Application page, read the Commitment, check the Commitment box, and click the "Submit Application" button.
• Finally, you will receive an application number indicating that you have successfully submitted your application.

Confirmation Of Submission

• You will also receive a notification by e-mail and SMS that the application has been sent and a token number (for editing/printing the application).

Important Note:

If you left the PPSC website before submitting your online application, the next time you start the online application process, the system will continue from where you left off last time. , which means you only need to provide information - the remaining steps. Information already provided will not be requested again.

How to Edit the PPSC Online Application

You can edit the application only if it has been successfully submitted (after completion). You have to select the Edit Application button on PPSC official website.
